Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy a Salt Vault from it. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us via the product feedback form before you buy.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or stock issue) — if we do, you'll be refunded in full.
• Promotional pricing (such as the Twin Pack) applies automatically at checkout as described on the site and can be changed or withdrawn for future orders at any time.

The product

• The Vault is a storage product. Surf wax and zinc shown in imagery are for fit and are not included.
• The heat rating (up to 85°C in a parked vehicle) applies to the Vault itself; wax and zinc stored inside behave per their own manufacturers' guidance.
• Colours on screen may differ slightly from the physical product.

Delivery & risk

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full.

Returns & warranty

Our returns & warranty policy (30-day satisfaction guarantee; 90-day defects and parts warranty with replacement) forms part of these terms, alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a Vault is limited to replacing it or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Content on this site (imagery, copy, the Salt Vault name and wave mark) belongs to Salt Vault and can't be reused commercially without permission. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order applies to it.
